When you fill out the pre-qualification form, contact us about a listing, or sign up for our buyer email list, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, city or markets you're looking in, your comfortable monthly housing budget, your available down payment, and a brief description of what you're looking for. We do not pull your credit, run a background check, or ask for your Social Security number on this site.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect basic technical information when you visit — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referral source — through cookies and analytics tools. We use this to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Match you with owner-financed listings whose terms (price, monthly payment, down payment) fit what you told us
• Contact you about specific properties you've inquired on
• Send you new listings as they come on the marketplace, if you've opted in
• Introduce you to sellers when you're ready to tour or make an offer
• Improve the marketplace and our matching

3. Phone Calls and Text Messages (TCPA)

By submitting a form on this site that includes your phone number, you consent to be contacted by DRP at that number by phone, SMS text message, and email about owner-finance listings, your inquiry, and the marketplace. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, telling us by phone or email, or emailing ryan@disporealty.com.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Property sellers — when you express interest in a specific listing and are ready to tour or make an offer, we share your name, contact info, and any financial qualifications you've shared (monthly budget, down payment) so the seller can evaluate your offer
• Service providers who help us operate the marketplace — CRM, email/SMS platforms, hosting, analytics — under confidentiality agreements that limit use to our purposes
• Closing parties — title companies, attorneys, and inspectors — when needed to complete a transaction
• Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights

We do not share your information with third-party marketers, mortgage lenders, or lead-buyers.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work as expected.

6. Data Retention

If a transaction is completed, we keep transaction records for the period required by Tennessee law and TREC rules (generally three years from closing). If you're on our buyer list but don't close on a property, we keep your information until you ask us to remove it or it ages out under our retention schedule.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the information you provide. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we work to limit unauthorized access.

8. Your Choices

You can:

• Ask us what information we have on file about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it (subject to recordkeeping obligations)
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email
• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS
